What happens after my 14-day free trial ends?

Your account auto-upgrades to the Basic package so your ordering system keeps running without interruption. You can switch plans or cancel any time before the trial ends.

Can I switch between plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade from Basic to Premium as soon as it's available, or downgrade at the end of your current billing cycle.

Do I need any special hardware to use Table Buddy PH?

No special hardware is required. Guests scan a printed QR code with their own phone, and your staff can manage orders from any tablet, phone, or computer.

Is the Basic package billed monthly or annually?

The ₱1,500/month rate is billed annually. This keeps the price predictable and gives you a lower rate than paying month-to-month.

When will Premium package pricing be available?
